These terms apply to orders placed with Toy Playground, Lahore, Pakistan.
By placing an order you agree to what is written here. It is short deliberately.
1. Placing an order
Most orders are placed through WhatsApp. Clicking the button on a product page opens a WhatsApp message to us.
An order exists once we have confirmed it with you — by WhatsApp message and, for most orders, a short voice call. Adding something to a cart or sending us a message does not by itself create an order.
We may decline an order. If we do, we will tell you why. Reasons include: the product is out of stock, the address is outside the area we deliver to, or we cannot reach you to confirm.
2. Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all taxes we are required to charge.
Delivery is free everywhere in Lahore. There is no delivery charge at any point.
Where a product shows a struck-through higher price next to the price you pay, that higher figure is our regular selling price for that item.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price we confirm with you on WhatsApp.
3. Payment
Cash on Delivery. You pay our delivery person, in cash, after inspecting the product.
Advance payment by Easypaisa or JazzCash is available and takes PKR 200 off the order. Advance payment does not change your right to inspect the product at the door; if you refuse the parcel, we refund you in full.
4. Delivery
We deliver personally within Lahore, in 2 to 3 working days from confirmation. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page.
For areas outside Lahore city limits, confirm with us on WhatsApp before ordering.
5. Inspection, returns and faults
You may open the parcel and inspect the product before paying. If it is wrong or damaged, refuse it and pay nothing.
Once inspected and paid for, the sale is final — we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
If the product develops a fault within 3 days of delivery, we replace it free of charge. Full detail is on our Returns & Exchange page.
6. Product images and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are of the actual product.
Colours can look different on different screens. Small variations in shade or packaging between batches are possible and are not a fault.
7. Safe use
Our products are toys. Follow any age guidance shown on the product or its packaging.
Many toys contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years unless stated otherwise. Adult supervision is the parent's responsibility. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by use that ignores the age guidance or normal safe handling.
8. Our liability
If we get something wrong, our responsibility is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect losses — for example a delayed delivery causing a missed birthday. We will always tell you honestly and as early as we can if an order is going to be late.
9. Reviews you submit
If you send us a review, photo or video, you allow us to publish it on our website and social media alongside your first name and city.
You can ask us to remove it at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
Do not submit content that is not yours.
10. Our content
The text, photographs and design on this website belong to Toy Playground. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Lahore.
