Free delivery all over Lahore
Delivery is free. There is no minimum order, no conditions, and no separate delivery charge added at any point.
We deliver ourselves
We are not a warehouse that hands your order to a courier. We deliver in Lahore personally.
That is why we can let you open the parcel and check the product before you pay — our own person is standing there while you do it.
How long it takes
2 to 3 working days from the time your order is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sunday and public holidays are not counted.
Your order is confirmed when we have spoken to you and you have given us your address — not when you click the button. Orders confirmed late in the evening start counting from the next working day.
Where we deliver
All areas of Lahore.
For areas outside Lahore city limits, please confirm on WhatsApp before ordering.
How the delivery works
- You order — through WhatsApp, or by clicking the button on the product page which opens WhatsApp.
- We confirm — we message you, and for most orders we also make a short voice call to confirm the address and that you are expecting the parcel.
- We tell you the day — you will get a WhatsApp message the day before, and again when our delivery person sets out.
- You inspect at the door — open the parcel, check the product.
- You pay — cash to our delivery person, only after you are satisfied.
Payment
Cash on Delivery. You pay when the product is in your hands and you have checked it.
Advance payment — PKR 200 off. If you prefer to pay in advance by Easypaisa or JazzCash, we take PKR 200 off your order. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will send the details. You still get the same inspection at the door, and if anything is wrong we return your money in full.
If nobody is home
Our delivery person will call you before arriving.
- No answer — we try again, and we message you on WhatsApp.
- You are not home but someone else can receive it — tell us on WhatsApp beforehand and give us that person's name. They can inspect and pay on your behalf.
- Still no contact after two attempts — we message you to arrange a new day. There is no charge for a re-attempt.
- No response for 3 days after the first attempt — we cancel the order. Nothing is charged to you.
Because we deliver ourselves, a missed delivery costs you nothing and can be rescheduled by a single WhatsApp message.
Order tracking
We do not use courier tracking numbers, because we do not use a courier.
Your tracking is WhatsApp. Message us on WhatsApp at any point and we will tell you exactly where your order is.
