Do I have to pay in advance?

No. It is Cash on Delivery — you pay after you have opened and checked the parcel. If you would rather pay in advance by Easypaisa or JazzCash, we take Rs 200 off.

How much is delivery?

Nothing. Free anywhere in Lahore, with no minimum order.

Do you deliver outside Lahore?

Message us on WhatsApp first if you are outside the city — we deliver in person, so not every location is possible.

What if something is faulty?

If you find it at the door, hand it straight back and pay nothing. If a fault appears within 3 days, send us photos on WhatsApp and we replace it, free.
